BRASERO INDUSTRIE CONCEPT RCS of LA ROCHELLE n° 341024313 whose head office is located 10 RUE DENIS PAPIN 17000 LA ROCHELLE – FRANCE, is organizing a contest without obligation to buy from 2020-12-18 to 2020-12-23 23h59.

Article 2: Conditions of participation
2.1 This Game is only open to any natural person residing in metropolitan France (including Corsica), whether or not a customer of BRASERO INDUSTRIE CONCEPT, who wishes to register free of charge via Instagram and Facebook . The company reserves the right to make all necessary verifications concerning the identity, postal and/or electronic address of the participants.
2.2 All employees of the Company and its Partners, as well as minors, are excluded from participating in this Game and from receiving any prize, whether directly or indirectly.
2.3 Persons who have not provided proof of their complete contact information and identity or who have provided it inaccurately or falsely will be disqualified, as will persons who refuse to allow the collection, recording and use of personal information about them that is strictly necessary for the management of the game.
2.4 Participation in the Game implies full and unconditional acceptance of these rules. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the automatic cancellation of participation and the possible awarding of prizes.
Article 3 : Participation modalities

The player must be subscribed to the instagram or facebook page Brasero Industrie Concept and must like the publication.
The player clicks on the post with the date of the day, and will have to fill in the requested information to validate his participation.
In the case of a contest, the participant validates his or her participation by liking the publication and commenting on it, and then must wait to be contacted by Brasero Industrie Concept if he or she has won the prize.
Contests and offers can be accessed 24 hours a day on both social networks Facebook and Instagram Brasero Industrie Concept.
Article 4: Selection of the winner
For the contests, only one participant will be a winner and only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address).
The winner will be notified the day after the game ends.
The winners will be designated after verification of their eligibility to win the prize. Winners will receive their prizes after the end of the contest. By accepting the prize, the winners authorize the Organizer to use their first and last names, as well as their city and county of residence in any publicity or promotional event, on the Organizer’s website and on any affiliated site or medium, without this use giving rise to any rights or remuneration other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the rules. If they are found not to meet the criteria of these rules, their prizes will not be awarded. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, postal address or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. In this regard, the Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the winner’s identity card before sending the prize. Any false declaration, false indication of identity or address will result in the immediate elimination of the participant and, if applicable, the reimbursement of the prizes already sent.
Article 5: Prizes
The Game consists of the following prize:

Article 6 : Delivery of the lots
Following their participation in case of winning as described in these conditions, the winners will have to transmit their postal address by private message on the Facebook page of the brand Brasero Industrie Concept or by email to contact@brasero-industrie.com and will receive all the information necessary for the delivery of the prize via a message within 15 days (excluding weekends and holidays), from the announcement of the winners. The prizes will be sent to the winners by post.
The organizer cannot be held responsible for sending the prize to an incorrect address due to the negligence of the winner. If the prize could not be delivered to its recipient for any reason whatsoever, independently of the will of the organizer (the winner having moved without updating his address, etc. …), it will remain the property of the organizer.
The prize is not exchangeable for another object, nor for any monetary value and cannot be refunded in whole or in part. Participants are informed that the sale or exchange of prizes is strictly prohibited.
The value indicated for the lot(s) corresponds to the public price including tax currently practiced or estimated at the date of drafting the rules, it is given as a simple indication and is subject to change. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for any incident/accident that may occur in the use of the prize. All brand or product names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
Article 7: Limitation of liability
Participation in this contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the Internet, particularly with regard to technical performance, response times for consulting, querying or transferring information, the risks of interruption, and more generally, the risks inherent in any connection and transmission on the Internet, the lack of protection of certain data against possible misappropriation and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network. Consequently, the Organizing Body shall not be held responsible under any circumstances, without this list being restrictive:
1. the transmission and/or reception of any data and/or information on the Internet;
2. any malfunction of the Internet network preventing the proper conduct/functioning of the Game;
3. failure of any receiving equipment or communication lines;
4. loss of any paper or electronic mail and, more generally, loss of any data;
5. routing problems;
6. the operation of any software;
7. the consequences of any virus, computer bug, anomaly, technical failure;
8. any damage to a Participant’s computer;
9. any technical, hardware or software failure of any kind, which prevents or limits the possibility of participating in the Game or which damages a Participant’s system;
10. the malfunctioning of the prizes distributed in the context of the game, and any direct and/or indirect damage that they may cause.
It is specified that the Organizing Body cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction of any kind and for any reason whatsoever, or for any direct damage that would result, in any way whatsoever, from a connection to the site developed in the context of this game. It is the responsibility of each Participant to take all appropriate measures to protect his or her own data and/or software stored on his or her computer equipment against any attack.
The connection of any person to “https://www.facebook.com/braseroindustrieconcept” and the participation of the Participants in the Game is under their full responsibility. The Organizing Body may cancel all or part of the Contest if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular in terms of computer technology or the determination of the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prizes to the fraudsters and/or to prosecute the authors of these frauds before the competent courts. However, it shall not incur any liability of any kind towards the Participants as a result of any fraud committed. In particular, it will be considered fraudulent for a Participant to use one or more fictitious names or names borrowed from one or more third parties, as each Participant must participate in the Game under his or her own and unique name.
Any fraud will result in the elimination of the Participant. The contest is not run or sponsored by Facebook. Facebook shall not be held responsible for any dispute related to the contests. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Contest should be directed to the Contest organizers and not to Facebook. All content submitted is subject to moderation. The organizing company has the right to accept, refuse or delete any content, including those already uploaded, at its own discretion, without having to justify itself.
The organizer reserves the right for any reason to cancel, postpone, interrupt or extend the game or to modify all or part of the terms of these rules, in compliance with them. If, as a result of an event beyond its control, it is obliged to apply this right, it shall not be held liable.
The organizer reserves the right to exclude permanently from the various games any person who, by his fraudulent behavior, would harm the smooth running of the games. In addition, sponsorship of fictitious persons will result in immediate elimination of the player. Similarly, any attempt to use the game outside the unmodified interface set up on the site will be considered an attempt at fraud. Article 9: Personal data
It is recalled that to participate in the Game, players must necessarily provide certain personal information about them (name, address …). Article 10: Disputes
The present rules are subject to French law. And no later than ninety (90) days after the deadline for participation in the Game as set forth in these rules. In case of persistent disagreement on the application or interpretation of these rules, and in the absence of amicable agreement, any dispute will be submitted to the court having right, to which exclusive jurisdiction is attributed.
